Incident date: 05/01/2016 22:52:48 GMT onwards.
This member advertised two weapons that I attempted to buy from him, the "VBR Huntress" and the "Obeya Sergeant". Everything went as planned as I contacted him on Skype, we arranged a deal and he proved he had the items in-game at my behest. I paid him promptly as soon as he had shown me the items and then he decided to tell me that it was not his APB account but a friend's APB account and he had no idea what he was doing with the game and could I help him with the in-game auction and so forth.
We went to the auction, I told him how to put the weapon up for me and how to restrict it to my in-game username and then decided to tell me that he was talking to his friend on Facebook who the account really belonged to and that his friend would come onto the account now instead because he knew what he was doing. He removed me from Skype shortly after and his friend never turned up. I made a dispute on paypal last night and he has yet to respond, I can't escalate the dispute until 12/01/2016.
I have full video evidence of this transaction but I am not willing to post it publicly due to some sensitive information (some of the video I am talking to a friend on steam about what is going on), I will link the video to an admin in a PM when required.
