What is the dispute about?
I offered to sell him my wow account over installment pay where he would pay 90 euro the first payment, followed by 60 each wednesday until the account was paid off. Suddenly, I got a email from blizzard saying my account was banned until september, he assured me it had already been fixed and that he was going to pay me the day after, and that was the last time he wrote, on the 9th of february. I took back the account, saw that it is indeed banned until september, with no way to appeal the ban and no reason stated as to why.
