EDIT: 4 Star officer can be the highest rank. If you are selling me a 4 star assassin, it must have the 4 star pvp wings with it. Also, any composites are welcome as long as the vast majority of them are attack5/_____. Again, preferably crits and accuracy. MR just got nerfed so I can understand the inevitable attack5/MR7s. Not alot of crit17/_____ please....those are for people who settle for mediocrity. The accessories can be BM, but I prefer the 4 star accessories as well. Thanks! Ohta Morgoth is my skype.
