Should I believe this guy or the gold selling company?

Last night I was looking around for an account that I could pay for weekly, $60 per week. I cam upon a post by a TWV with +2 rep saying he wanted gold for his account. I told him I could give him $65 worth of gold per week. He agreed and said we could do it that way.

I ordered the gold and they said they were ready for delivery 2 hours later. I guy got on his bank alt like we agreed and the gold farmer messaged him to go to ratchet bank ( We agreed talking on ventrilo ). I told him to tell when they traded him the gold.

We were sitting in ventrilo for another 3min and the guy said "The toon is just sitting there". We were in vent for about another 5min and he said "the toon just logged off". I was immediatly like [censored], I contacted the live support of the website and they didn't avoid me or anything. I talked it over and I got them to send me the <span style="font-weight: bold">screenshots of the transaction in game</span>. They sent them to without any delay.

They emailed me them and here they are...

I showed them to the guy and he claims they were photo shopped. He says they can have templates and make them really quickly. However, hey sent me the screen shots only 3min after I asked.

He also said when he opened up the trade to trade them he put in FOOD, not POTIONS. However he is an alchemist, and I don't know what to believe.

why would they already have screenshots prepared if they didnt expect there to be a problem? what company did u buy from

Edit : it would be pretty difficult to photoshop the chatbox where he received the potions tho

Well most gold companies take a screen shot of the transaction for proof and such in case the buyer says he didn't get the gold.

This is such a hassle.

I would have to say that those screenshots would be extremely hard to photoshop. Most gold sites take a screen shot of every deal they do to prove they did indeed send you the gold.

MitchellB, what you should of done was has the gold site send gold to your account then you would give them gold to him.

Yeah they look pretty hard to photo shop. However, in the third photo even when it says "Trade Complete", and in the chat box "You receive .... ", the potions are not in the back pack. <span style="font-weight: bold">Maybe it was lag delay?</span>

I want to get to the bottom of this so I know if I should accuse this guy of scamming.

This "Ratchet" Trade is possible. I bought 5000G and he traded the cash in Ratchet, so this is possible, not all of them go to Orgrimmar.

I rather think the individual is lying, then the company...

PS : You can see the name of the Hunter on the last screenshot (Above his character). I suggest you to remove the name if you don't want the guy to get problems.
