Describe how you were scammed: We traded accounts and on Sept 26th, i logged on to see that the account had been locked. Then i received an email saying the account was locked because someone else was trying to recall it.

I've attempted to get in contact with him through email, aim, and through PM. From what I can tell he hasn't been on AIM in awhile and has yet to respond to my email or PM.

Well, I am a little pissed. The druid was in my hands. It was sold to me almost a month ago by Sellsmen2007.

This thread needs a resolution boys.

My druid is not able to be recalled, along with the other characters. Thanks for the faulty account. I would expect some compensation but for some reason i doubt that will happen.....

Your Druid is not able to be recalled? It was recalled yesterday and the DK was moved back to the original account.

I have proof of the reverse PCT.

Neither characters are on the account, last i talked to blizzard they said they weren't able to reverse the transfer.

Fantastic. Great to hear that you stole my account from me. If a resolution cannot be made, I will make sure that that Druid account is banned. Should not be too hard given all of the information I have on your personal identity and about the account.

Also, another thing. Blizzard does not send "Lock e-mails based on someone recalling". All they would send you is an e-mail stating the account is locked and giving you the link to the Account Retrieval form. So, I am calling BS on whether a recall actually happened on the Shaman that Sellsmen2007 traded you.

Show us the e-mail where it says that the account was " locked because someone else was trying to recall it."

Didn't steal anything, i got scammed out of that account and took back what was mine. If anything, sellsmen is responsible for trading faulty accounts

Again, show us proof that you ever had reason to recall it in the first place. How do we know that you were not negligible with the Shaman account to begin with and that is the whole reason it was locked? Your actions/wording make it seem like this is the course of action you would have taken regardless of the outcome of this thread.

Okay let me break this down a bit. Correct me if I am wrong. Girthquake and Sellsmen2007 make a trade Druid for Shaman, Sellsmen2007 sells the druid to KHaccounts, Girthquake claim's the shaman got recalled on him so he decides to recall his druid that he traded to sellsmen2007 who sold it to KHaccounts. Is this correct?

Well since girth has his account back Sellsmen2007 is going to have to compensate KHaccounts. I talked with KH and he paid $300 for the account (told him to throw up SS of the payment to prove it's 300.)

Salesmen2007 will be banned for failure to respond to thread. Sorry Shane for your lost hopefully you can get that money back! Locking as of now. If it need's reopening then PM me or another mod.
