If Trade Guardian was used, please go to the Trade Guardian > History or Active Transaction page and click the "Report" button. Someone will then join the chat and investigate your claim.

He has done about $144.97 in refund on the account and the account now has a negative balance and a ban warning saying that if it isn't paid back, the account will be permanently banned. I have to top-up certain amount in order to compensate for the negative stellar jade to avoid the account getting banned.

Note: Trade Guardian was used during the transaction of buying the account. Please help.
