First of all hello to the EPIC NPC staff and hello to all EPIC NPC community.
Few days ago i started to use this forum as well, hoping to become some day a good trader and trusted dealer here too, but it seems the general problems Romanians have in all world in Real Life are hitting me here on the forum as well.
Yesterday i send my ID card and linked my PP witch is the same name from my ID card to EPIC NPC and then i repplied with the code i received via SMS in order to become a Verified member.
Today i received an answer saying:
"Your verification has failed. An IP search linked your account to about a dozen other banned accounts and while they were not exact IP matches, there were too many overlapping matches for it to be a coincidence. "
This is not a "coincidence".
As many knows Romania is one of the countries with most of the scammers around, and we have a big company called RCS & RDS SA witch provide to all his users a long list of IP's witch are very similar.
It is called Dynamic IP and it changes every time we reset the PC or we reset the modem/cable.
This list of IP's are randomly and very similar to all RDS costumers, and as i mention among these costumers there are many scammers here but also on many others forums.
I managed to make a good reputation and many feedback's on others forums and i wold love to try and do the same here in time, if a someone here will be kind enough investigate and to see i'm speaking the truth (i can't believe i'm the only Romanian with RDS list of IP's and this same problem!).
Please EPIC NPC staff , for the love of God, do not punish me because i'm born and i live Romania (witch i admit is sadly full with scammers) and an RCS & RDS SA costumer using list of IP's similar to those banned in past on this forum!
If what i said is not enough to convince you, then make me a call ! Or ask me to call you from the Verified phone number i provided. Or Ask me to come messenger for a video chat to see my face and speak with me, the same person from the I.D i provided ! (skype razyskype2009 MSN [email protected] )
And if is impossible even this way to prove my identity and become Verified , fine... then i will try sell and buy stuff on your forums for few years doing a double or triple effort Verified members have to do and then maybe just maybe you will trust me enough to grant me the privilege of a Verified member
Please reconsider this decision , because if you search a bit around about my country and this provider you will surely understand this is a big mistake.

Sorry for the wrong typing or bad English, including tittle where i mean " Provider " .
I admit i made this ticket in a rush worried about the fact i will never have the chance to become a Verified member here...

Dynamic ip = ip which uses rotating multiple computers, randomly being assigned an IP from a list each new connection to the network.
( i think this "list" witch my provider use in this zone of Bucharest it may be my problem?)
