My thread was reported?

I’ve just noticed this on my thread after a customer pointed it out to me. I haven’t received any notification about my thread being reported or any request for clarification.
Is this a one-sided investigation? Could it put me at a disadvantage?

I am fully confident that 100% of my past customers would never do this.
This situation is making my current customers anxious and discouraging new customers from using my services.

I hope to receive timely support.
