Hello. I am trying to verify phone number for my account, but the "Call" system is not working for Kazakhstan operators (Altel). Also, your "Submit a Ticket" system is currently giving me a "Liquid error".

Could you please help me verify my account? I am a real seller and I want sell my Steam,Ubisoft,WOR accounts to list.

I need manual assistance as I am stuck in a verification loop. I am a Kazakhstan citizen currently residing in Poland.

Here is the full situation:

  1. I first tried to verify using my Polish phone number. It was accepted.
  2. I then attempted to verify my identity using my official Polish residency documents (including my Karta Polaka and Polish Student ID). However, your automated software failed to recognize these documents, even though they are valid government-issued IDs in Poland.
  3. After the automated system failed, I requested a phone reset to try my Kazakhstan number (+7 708...), thinking it might be easier to verify with my Kazakhstan Passport.
  4. Now I am stuck: your automated system does not call Kazakhstan numbers. I already waited through one 24-hour ban, tried again today, and still no calls are coming through.
I want to use EpicNPC and Trade Guardian for safety selling my acc, but your automated system is preventing me from doing so.

My Request:Please allow a staff member to manually verify my documents. I can provide my Kazakhstan Passport, my Polish residency documents, and a "selfie with a note" to prove my identity.

Please bypass the phone verification step or provide a link for manual document upload. I am a legitimate seller and I need a human to review my case.
 
The error is with Freshdesk, our ticket system. I'm sorry, we do not have the ability to fix that. We'll contact Freshdesk support about the error.

nazarikkabirow21344, I see multiple call attempts today.

2 - original number, successfully sent
5 - new number, all attempts blocked (abuse/high-risk)
1 - new number, successfully sent

You should be receiving those calls. We can contact our phone verification provider to find more info, but from the response in the logs, the calls are being made successfully.
