What is the dispute about?
Purchased a Topup service from him for 78.00 USD for the Ingame 100 USD one. He told me to wait as he got no response from his colleague and i waited patiently. After a day (Saturday) he wrote me a message saying he would recharge the gems by that dayand he did nothing. After this he did not respond to my messages till monday and there he said he will recharge the gems in about 2-3 hours. Since then no responses and actions from him. He also scammed another User by the name of DoubleXXF. I saw their post in the thread from ikamil1, stating that they were scammed in the same manners as me. I will include the Chat between me and DoubleXXF as additional proof.
