Scammer

I recently got scammed from someone called wini or his Skype: arni.a.kiraly .He offered to sell me his lem cs:go account for 50 euros. So I said I will give you a 50 euro steam card. Once I did he then proceeded to block me and remove me on Skype. So please don't buy from him. I don't think anyone will be able to get my money back but please don't trade with this scammer. Thank you

As you can see i tried to re-add him on skype and stuff but he clearly blocked me :L I don't take pride in getting people banned, but i promise u that i am not lying and he did scam me So please do something about it is there anyway i could get some form of refund btw? If there is could you please tell me ? cause 50 euros is a lot of money for me.
