I'm pretty old here on EpicNpc but I gladly never had to deal with something like this before.
On 18/11/20 I bought from the user XunnyGod ( Discord xunnygod#1337) "RP gifting service for League of Legends"
Transaction went smooth and the seller even went first, I was abit skeptical for why he would be so easy going about going first but didn't pay much attention.
Yesterday (22/11/20) I logged into my account to find the gifted items gone. I sent a ticket to riot asking if this is a bug, and sent a message to the seller to which he replied "Will fix it" I then asked him how or when, but never got an answer. just kept asking me for the same details over and over in hours intervals
questions like "how much rp was the deal" and frequently told me to wait and left with no response for hours.
so this kept going for a full day yesterday. he offered me a refund as well but I said that i'd prefer him re gifting if that's possible - to which he replied yes.
I was on edge because this seller sends vague messages with no real information as for when and how we will deal with this problem.
and quoting from his own thread:

I give you 30 days support. "
Today again I found no comment on when we will deal with this problem from this seller. I had to message him over and over to get a response. I wouldn't have done that at all if he would give me a timeline/estimate date/his plan as to how we deal with this
after a lot of reach outs he re added me today with another League of Legends account.
I then by chance messaged the account, because I thought it would look less suspicious and will have less chance to be removed again, or worse ban my account.
this is what the account had to say:
what can be assumed from this? the account clearly isn't his and this person definitely isn't planning on gifting me intentionally
after many tries of reaching out to him again he then started responding very aggressively
(again all I wanted was some clarification he did not provide)

I do believe being worried at this point is a normal thing, money on his side and my items were removed, being completely held up by this seller made me anxious to a high point. I even tried to give up and tell him I want the refund - but at this stage he already declines this as well.
I'm too fed up with this to try to get my refund or the items. just really I don't recommending any one to use this person's service.
