What is the dispute about? He is a scammer
Other details / notes: started off in the listing, he said contact via email. i did, asked if he was selling garena shells. he said yes. i asked if he had whatsapp he said 'no, so sorry. all my buyers buy from me thru email.' we bargained until we settled on a price $1.60/100gs. i asked again if he had other social platforms i can chat with him, he gave me his instagram 'anything.hype'. We chatted there and i asked what payment he accepted. he said 'POSB preferred' I asked if he had 'DBS PAYLAH' [its an app that allows singaporeans to use and transfer money without going to the machine. it's like ibanking]. he said he had and provided me with a number to transfer the money to '+65 9711 0069'. then i asked if i could talk to him via whatsapp with that number. he said ok. i cant believe why i forgot he said he doesnt use whatsapp. After payment, i ss to send him. and then right after i ss, he just blocked me. all my msges after become 1 ticks. he blocked me on instagram and also probably on email. i cant contact him anywhere. i texted his carousell and he was last online 5 days ago, i used my sub acc to contact him saying i got all his info, he said those info isin't his and he said 'go ahead n make a police report, the info aren't mine anyways'. i urge you guys to help me. thank you
