Hello, I was purchasing an item and was contacting said person via Discord and when I sent the money they blocked me and proceeded to not message me anymore. They sent a dummy account that
didn't actually hold the promised items. Link to post (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/selling-somewhat-endgame-rotmg-account.1430591/).
I contacted seller here on EpicNPC, from which we switched over to discord. I was buying an account for a game (Realm of the Mad God), and his post (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/selling-somewhat-endgame-rotmg-account.1430591/) stated that it was an old account of his that had 75 stars, a max legendary pet, 45 chests, 21 character slots and more. Upon reviewing the account and logging in with the information he gave me, I found this to meet my eyes. http://prntscr.com/msfjx6 . I thought this may just be a mistake (if you cannot tell there is only one character, 0 stars, 1 chest and no pet) but when I responded to him on discord he didn't respond. Also as you can see when you login (http://prntscr.com/msfnaj), the account is a beginner account that is brand new, not the agreed upon account. I then logged in to the email address that he sent me and saw that this email address had not been created until right before I said I would pay him(2:45PM PST) (http://prntscr.com/msflgh). You can tell from the Google Hangouts email and email from the game itself that he did not actually create an account until 2:48PM, when his account was supposedly an old account that he was tired of playing.
I am working with Paypal to get my money back now but want to warn others.
