What is the dispute about?
Buyer seemed very trustful, had another account and played with me, did voicechat. He wanted to buy my Account. To lower risk, he asked to send him part of the Sum, which he will send back when he got the Account from me.
Deal was i send him 400€, he sends me 1500€ for the Account, and after im giving him the Account he sends me 400 back. We did chat 2 weeks before the Deal was made. Now its 4 Days after, and never received anything.
He told me he does a Bank transfer and sends me the confirmation. Confirmation never arrived, he started ignoring me more and more. After a week he responded again, told me he had some issues with the bank transfer and will send the money over Paypal.
After waiting another 1,5 Weeks now, no money arrived, barely responds to messages and if he does he just tells excuses. I even told him to send me the initial 400 back and cancel the trade. Never responded since then.
