Well I'm finally done attempting to reason with this guy. It's been too long and everything I tell him gets a BS answer or no answer at all.
We traded on june 7th. He IM'd me with a 70 orc rogue that he was looking to trade. Everything was looking good, only problem is that time ran out that day and he said he just added a month a day earlier. Overall I was feeling pretty secure about the deal.
But a few days later, in game, the character was getting whispers from people saying that the account was stolen. Then on June 14th, this comes in my mail.

So after I see this I went to talk to him on aim. He tells me for the first time that he only had the account for 1-2 days before he traded it to me, and how he didnt know it was stolen. I asked for my account back and he says he cant because he already traded. So the last thing he says is, "trading is a cutthroat business, theres always a risk," and immediately after he blocks me on all 3 of his AIM screen names.
So I go and post negative comments on his rep page, a few of which he replied to, trying to tell everyone that it was MY fault that the account got locked and recalled, and that I made it happen, which is completely wrong.
I feel that he should take responsibility for this, because he only had the account for 1-2 days. Even if he didnt know it was stolen, 1-2 days isnt going to let you know. Plus, this was only around a week after our trade. I think he should give me my account back, or if hes unable to he should give me something of similar value. I see he gave compensation to another person he traded with when the account he gave got recalled, whats so different about the situation here?
