Describe the problem:
at 20 september he buy 4 gems from me ..he is fine with paypal friend and family then after he make payment i give him the item as we agreed..suddenly at 23 september he make chargeback on his debit card ..now my paypal get negative balance..and he gave me false accuse as scammer when he is the one who scam me!!! he also change the feedback from 5 stars into 1 after making chargeback!!!
