Other details / notes: I know you guys don't look at discord scams but I just want this user banned so he can never do this to anyone else. I also saw this is not the firs time he has ghosted someone. In my first dispute I wrote this, " I payed for a boost to immortal 3 430rr from immortal 1 and I have done business with him before and everything was smooth so I really didn't think much about this order. I was then ghosted and he has not contacted me back." Then it was resolved as he contacted me back. The person then told me he was going to refund me $220 usd but he did not have the money right away. After we then agreed for him to boost me to immortal 3 in the next act. When the new act came along I tried contacting me as you can see in the dates below. He told me his computer "boomed" and he could not boost which I did not believe. I did not get a reply which was then where I made a new discord account to see if he was ghosting me or not. He responded to my new account immediately and he said to my new discord that he can start boosting immediately so I knew he was ghosting me. I confronted him as shown in the images below and he admitted he was going to scam me.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
