@Angel I do not do refunds if he would like a starter account and can help him with that. When the account was sold it was completely fine I had it for around a month without issues I'm unable to tell whether or not he shared the info of the account after he bought it with his friends but I did not scam him. When you tested his claim you were also unable to reproduce what he claimed.

I don't share it with nobody, I wouldn't have come to ask you if the problem was caused by me.
All of this is truly amazing, how easy it is to get ripped off on dragon ball Legends.

I have already decided that the account should be returned and payment refunded to you.

Oct 2020 - SoaR_in_GHoSt reports someone logged in and transferred the account
- SoaR_in_GHoSt was able to transfer back to his device and recover the account
Dec 2020 - SoaR_in_GHoSt reports someone logged in and transferred the account

If that's true, then I'm not sure how randomname97 was able to unlinked and prove he unlinked.
All links to the account i gave to SinisterGold were deleted, i believe i even proved this during the voice call (i cannot recall, it was a year+ ago)

The reason Bandai support is saying there is no unusual access could be that the person transferring the account is using an old social media account to do it. Bandai does not consider that to be unauthorized.

Just to hop on this, The account i provided SinisterGold with last year was my only bind, He then played on the account with full access, and eventually resold (which is what he has done on epic for a long time), He has stated there were no issues on his end ever, The bind i had linked i gave access to etc to change details and whatnot, Sorry about i worded it in the post, i'm very confused on the whole situation myself

Was a BNID account original created?
When i sold to SinisterGold, i do not believe BNID was an option to link, i believe this was added much later, even after Sinister resold it i believe

@EpicNPC When I bought the account and when I resold the account BIND was no an option. The only link to the account was the dummy email that saw also given to the seller and was only made for that dragonball legends account.

They did exist however when you go to the link screen it will tell you if they are linked. For example if it is linked to Twitter it would say "Twitter Ready" on the link screen meanings its linked via twitter. Here is an example of an account linked only via twitter.

However if you look at page 3 @EpicNPC the photo that SoaR the Ghost shard of the account only says Google Ready. meaning that the account is only linked to Google. Therefore you can only transfer it via that google email.

I would also like to clarify the only link i provided to SinisterGold was indeed a gmail account, which he was given full info to, this i can assume was the exact same email provided when he re-sold, again, this sale was done a very very long time ago i have forgotten most the small details

I just want to say and nobody here trust me that IS POSSIBLE TO LINK MORE GMAIL ACCOUNT TO THE SAME DRAGON BALL LEGENDS ACCOUNT, ok?
So, just to say, it's possible that before sold me the account, he linked it with 2 Gmail account, the dummy one that I have, and another One that he has.
This is the problem understand? So I can't know how many Google account are linked
 
I have my second Dragon ball Legends Account which is linked with 2 Gmail!
Basically when you have to transfer and put the email's info, you can put one of the two and both will make you able to transfer the same account, and, as you say, you can't unlink them
 
The thing that makes me mad, is that my account worths like 500$, and I really love play this game, after the buy I spent about 1 year playing everyday, and now I can't play it because is not safe cause I bought it. All this is kind sad, nobody is trustable in this world my lord
That hurts really bad

The issue is during the original sale, Sinister and i voice called on discord so i could explain step by step, but i will get any info i can find etc, seeing as me and Sinister will have the same dms

First picture was me selling the account, Second was i assume when Sinister Re-sold the account, again, this was a year+ ago and a lot of the details were discussed in a voice call, I have also contacted SoarInGhost offering him free rerolled accounts if he wishes to have a form of compensation, as i haven't touched the game since selling a year+ ago.

My linked account was deleted prior to selling the account, and i assume Sinister used his personal Gmail, hence why they didn't want to give that info when reselling, which is perfectly reasonable in my eyes, and probably everybody else's

I inserted 3 photos above @EpicNPC please let me know if you received them. The email I sent to for the sale was in fact [email protected] as @SoaR_in_GHoSt stated. I then offered to call him via discord if he needed help linking the account but he managed that on his own so there was no need.

No, the details sinistergold provided are legitimate, i have previous messages with him showing the email is legitimate and the one he used, I was instructed by sinister to link that specific email, while i unlinked my twitter, as shown in those pictures, The emails after the fact are all unknown to me, and are known between you and SinisterGold. If my twitter was still linked, it would show in the app connections as 'DRAGONBALL LEGENDS'

Thank you. I agree with this. I purchased the account from randomname97 for $200 USD and then sold it later to SoaR_in_GHoSt for $100 USD. Once randomname97 refunds me i gladly send SoaR_in_GHoSt the $100 he paid for the account

as much as I am sorry for the mess that is going on and the fact that my account is now worth so much more, I agree.

I do not have those funds available currently, again, if Soar/Whoever i must pay for this mess would take several free accounts as payment, i am able to do that, i am not able to provide such payments after my paypal was chargebacked in a trade not too long ago.
 
There is no way for me to confirm what email you originally used for the DBL account, so that Twitter image does not prove anything. I can't accept it as evidence, so the decision above remains.

When I bought from SinisterGold the account wasn't linked to Twitter, I link it later.
I really can't know show you the screen from dragon ball Legends, if it's the same I can show you the link from Twitter
