I can see that you getting Error CR732762 which means that the account is logged on multiple devices or your internet has issues

Please contact Bandai support with your player ID and post an image with their answer here. @SinisterGold please assist him in case that he needs any additional info to provide in the ticket

How can someone retake the account if you transferred it? it Takes 24 hours to transfer again does it not?
 
There is only one we can do in a situation like this. @SinisterGold you have to take your account back and refund the payment to @SoaR_in_GHoSt. Later you can check everything and if all is good with the account you can easily sell it again

I have no idea what hes done with the account its been 6+ months since hes had it.

I have done nothing wrong. For all I know he could have a friend doing this to his account. Or faking it. You even tried this yourself in your test and it was impossible to do what he is claiming. And the photo he provided shows its not linked to any other socisl media like facebook

YEAH PLEASE SEND IT! I TOLD YOU I DID NOTHING! THERE ZERO REAASON FOR ME TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I want people to buy from me i would never scam someone espically for $100
 
I won't cause problems if they aren't, AS I ****ING SHOW WITH MY VIDEO, IT'S POSSIBLE LINK THE SAME DBL ACCOUNT WITH 2 DIFFERT GMAIL ACCOUNT. stop saying it's not possible, it is.
So plasw stop this ****, cause you are the only one that can do this stuff, please

They simply told me that there Isn't hacking action, infact it's all right, somebody is just transfering the account, somebody that has the access so it's legal, but in this case the only one that can is you, and it isn't legal man

In the highlighted Red area they are basically there was no issues with gameplay activity records or data transfer records. in other words. The game account hasn't been changing IP address. I live in BC Canada. Im thousands of miles away if I true was taking this account over and over and the IP address was changing they would of said so. Are you 100% sure you never let one of your friends play on your account or link you account of one of your friends phones? Because I cannot physically take back the account even if I tried. Whoever is trasnfering the account is someone you know in Italy.

Man, they mean that there isn't issue with transfer, so no hacking or something like that, simply someone that has an account Gmail linked who continues to transfer
As god as my witness I am not doing anything to that account.
 
I would believe you, trust me really, I won't problem but
1 bandai said that there no issue, so it's something that an Human is doing
2 nofriend has access to my account
3 the only person that had have that account before me was you

@SoaR_in_GHoSt how long it takes from the purchase date and the first time when you notice the issue? Also after how long did you notify the seller about the problem you have?

I bought the account on August about.
Some one transfer it on late October only one time, than I retook it
It happens again on late December, only one time, and I retook it
Now it happens 1 week ago about, and this dude continues to transfer, I always said it to SinisterGold
One more thing, @SinisterGold you didn't answer. Are you the first owner?

No im not the original owner. I bought the account a while back never had problems with it then resold it later after playing for some time

I know for a fact it only was linked to a dummy email because I linked its personal to the email I gave you when I sold the account and that email was only created the day or so before the account was sold. Its a clean email and its not linked to twitter or some 3rd party thing either as you can clearly see in the screen shots you showed. The same error mentioned before also can happen due to unstable internet as was previously stated. If this was a "hacker" why on earth would they not of moved anything on the account or change the login info?? It honestly feels like a connection issue. For the times you said you had this problem it seems to be happening every 2 months? what kind of "hacker" attacks every 2 months moves nothing and does nothing at all to the account and then stop and waits for another 2 months

When you bought the account, the seller must have you an Gmail to take it, so?

When you link an account to a new gmail it unlinks it from the old gmail. you can have 1 account of 2 gmails. @Angel confirmed this already. Also when you messaged bandI they said nothing happend

The transfers are happening, I can monitored the account by my friend, and somebody is playing.
Why you continues to say the same stuff in every message when I have said you and prove the opposite? I even made a video

And the most important thing is that this guy knows that the account belongs to someone else as he transfers the account every day to block me A normal person would not do this, so he is aware that what he is doing is illegal.

@SinisterGold is just a reseller he is unable to know if the previous owner keeps the account on his device. If you are refusing to follow my decision then we can close this as resolved. It's up to you

Hello, I'm just going to hop in after @SinisterGold PM'd me about what is going on, I originally sold the account to SinisterGold back in June/July period last year, I was the original owner 100%, Gold even played the account and has stated here there were zero issues on his end with the transferring of account info, I stopped playing the game around this time also, aside from creating some infrequent reroll accounts to summon on cool characters which i liked, then i would stop playing after summoning, All links to the account i gave to SinisterGold were deleted, i believe i even proved this during the voice call (i cannot recall, it was a year+ ago)

I have sold plenty of Accounts since then, All from different games, different buyers, Even some legends accounts which have belonged to friends who no longer wanted to play, None of these accounts have had issues either, all feedback is available on my profile and those users (besides one or two who are banned for VPN, which they explained wasn't intentional. And another for Feedback abusing) are all still active, and you can ask them about purchasing from me.

When i sold to SinisterGold he even voice chatted with me throughout the whole process, asked questions later down the line on how to do specific things in game, and eventually re-sold the account, No malice on his end, nor mine. I also contacted legendsdeal way back when too about the account which i sold to Sinister as he too wished to purchase it after i'd already sold it, so i pointed him in SinisterGold's direction, and i assume he purchased it there and then, with 0 issues. So i too am uncertain of the one who is transferring etc.

For me it's ok, But since someone can transfer my account, even if I gave the account credentials to SinisterGold, they probably wouldn't be able to recover it.

yesterday I was able to recover the account, but on time today I took it again.
I know exactly when the transfer takes place, so I try every day, Obviously, however, the other guy also knows the exact time for the transfer, so it's a matter of moments, practically seconds in which it is random who takes the account for another 24h.
I never thought buying an account would put me in this hellish situation.
 
okay now i'm tired I logged into the account and all my equipment had been sold, almost all the consumables of the game were thrown away and the virtual currency was exhausted.
The guy changed the name of my teams with insults and death threats, I'm really tired of this ****.
@Angel now I want my money back because I can't keep it up.
@SinisterGold where are you?
