Trade Guardian was used:
Greetings.
I wanted to purchase an account, tried to negotiate with the guy and offered 150 USD, to which he agreed.

Then we went into TG, and since the seller was using euro as a primary currency, I decided to double check before sending the money, to which he agreed again. I even added extra 5 USD to cover the commission.

After money was already sent, he started saying that he didnt expect it to be this low (the screenshot of paypal exchange rate was provided), so to make him better I offered to send 10 USD extra.
At that moment he seem to have paid for the gametime and noticed that he has an unused LVL 58 boost, there was no mention about it in the thread, so dont get an idea of me 'trying to rip him off'
(previously he mentioned that there was no gametime on the account, so he couldn't check reputation)

So the guy basically wants more money, even tho after negotiations he agreed to an amount twice and money was already sent.
I left a feedback for him, so other users would be aware of him possibly asking for more money after agreed amount, which is valid and a fact. So the guy decided to act like a manchild and left a revenge feedback, why did he do it?

So yeah, the guy's feelings got hurt. He even says that he will make me go through making a post on epic to remove it. Yeah man, just for fun, lets waste EpicNPC Mod's time.
Again, according to the rules, this is a revenge feedback, which is not permitted. Even by common sense, he left negative feedback to me, because he canceled a deal himself, over his own greed, LOL.

I am able to add feedback when you're rude and entitled. (calling me a retard in your screenshots, manchild etc is proof of it)

My feedback also reflects that you're a horrible person, and I was hoping others would notice too, which is a fact.

I'm sorry you couldn't make a profit on ripping me off, maybe next time.

Also, I didn't ask you for more money when I refunded you, I simply cancelled the deal, as I was going to keep the account - Post the screenshot where I say "I'd need you to send me more money due to this", all I said was the money was too little when I found out I had the boost on the account - It's just insane how you throw a tantrum because of this, most people would have not gone ahead with the deal when they found this out.

Proof that I'm not asking for more money, is that I haven't updated the thread asking for more money.

You were upset that you couldn't get a cheap deal, which I understand, I was prepared to sell it until I found out that I had the boost, but once I did, I didn't want to proceed with it anymore, grow up, I'm sure you'll meet your boss's quota.

Furthermore, don't act like you're warning anyone over anything, you're just upset that a really good deal fell through for you, and I'm sorry for that, but it wasn't worth it anymore, once I found out about the unused boost.

You didn't lose a single cent, you lost at most, 20 minutes of your life.

Additionally, it's interesting how you talk about "greed", when "greed" is what made you want to buy the account in the first place.

TL;DR - Buyer was upset that I cancelled the sale, after I realized the account was worth significantly more, which I do understand is my fault, since I forgot about the boost, but lapses can happen, and I don't think it's a crazy thing to cancel the trade when I hadn't even sent the details yet, as it'd have been a huge loss for me.

Buyer was instantly refunded, but clearly upset because he lost a really good deal, and proceeds to act like an entitled Karen, which admittedly, is something I'd never seen in a Russian man until now.

This appears to be revenge feedback. Price was agreed to, the buyer paid, then the seller cancelled. That is not the buyers fault and they should not receive neg/neutral feedback for that. The buyer did not do anything wrong.

Generally we change neg feedback to neutral if an issue is resolved. The seller did issue a full refund, so we will also change that from negative to neutral.
