Well, two days ago I was planning on selling an account. I found a guy and we agreed on selling the account for $200.
He sent the money to my Paypal, I gave him just the account name and password, and changed the email to his (I told him I'd give him the SQ/A after the money was safely in my bank account).
He opened a dispute and the money was sent to "Temporary Hold".
Now, I have to fix the dispute (I don't care about the money or account anymore), but when I go to resolve it and select "I have not shipped the item and will refund the payment" it says "You cannot refund this payment because the recipient is currently unable to receive money."
Now, I'm at a loss of what to do here, like I said I don't care about the account or money, I just want to get this dispute resolved.
For anyone that can solve or help with this dilemna, I'll give them a blank WoW account that's TBC enabled.
