What is the dispute about?
I have paid the seller $65 usd for platinum as advertised on his epic page. In the beginning he kept calling me, trying to rush me to buy the pack. After I did, he never delivered the product...
I've asked him multiple times for a refund but he has refused and kept saying it'll be fixed by tmr but it never did happen. I just want a refund now.
