Scammed - Next Step?

Bought an account 30 days ago.
Paid paypal - (Used a Visa to pay, think i might be lucky there)
Now account has been taken back.
Seller never shipped me cd or cd-keys like i asked (another plus for me i guess)

At this point Ive filed a chargeback with paypal, the scammer has till July 8th to reply.
However should I just file a chargeback with Visa, or wait for paypal?

I do have the SQA for the account, however im not gonna keep playing the game of calling blizzard and resetting the password everyday.
At this point i just want my $ back and they can keep the account. Dont wanna even screw with this [censored].

Call Blizzard and ask to have the EMAIL changed to YOURS. Then, if the guy tries to recall, he can't. Call Blizzard, ask to have PASSWORD and EMAIL changed to what you want, that way the other guy can't recall.

Dont stop there.... Get his account banned
Let scammers get away with it they will do it again most likely
