Purchased a BDO account for $1300 using Paypal F&F, they provided me incorrect account info, and then went offline when I asked them to reset the password from their side, I specifically asked them to speak on EpicNpc, but they also unfriended me on Discord as I asked a few questions about the account on there as well.

Suggestions for getting my money back through Paypal? I paid with a debit card, I could try to chargeback through my bank if needed. Will paypal ban my account if I do so?
