Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: We were negotiating on the price of the account and we agreed on $75.00 USD. However, since he had one feedback score as opposed to mine lacking, I had to go on with the trade first, so we got on Skype and I exchanged him information. After that, he said that he sent the money, but I never received it. I tried recovering my password, but he changed the email.
Other details / notes: I have also sent in a recovery request to Riot.
