Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I bought on 11 january a PoE account from him and after around 3 weeks he got his account back using support. At first i tought GGG locked my account for IP change and i messaged the seller because i needed info about PayPal transaction(he bought points in game with PayPal and i needed transaction ID to recover the account) but after i sent him messages 3 days in a row i started to think that i got scammed. In the next few days he blocked me on skype.
