So they asked me initially to post a positive review on a small account that I purchased from them. It was 25 bucks. That transaction went smooth. They offered me a much bigger account for a lot more money. I said I didn't have the funds and they said I could hold the account for a small fee. It was 30 bucks. I sent them the 30 bucks and waited for about a week and a half. the total amount was $200 for two accounts. I only had $100 by the end of that week and a half. They portray themselves as a couple Cindy and her husband. "Cindy" promised me that I could get the account for $100 and pay them the rest of the money afterwards. I agreed and as soon as I sent the money they were reluctant to send the account. I should have known that something was wrong but I already sent the money through PayPal via friends and family option. I'm not well-versed in PayPal so I didn't realize that that is the easiest way for a scammer to take your money and disable you from using any Security Options or protection through PayPal. I ended up sending 45 more dollars last night so that I can finally use the account. When I sent the money they read it and proceeded to ignore me. I still haven't heard anything from them and I am short almost $200. Guys if you are buying I recommend you do not go through friends and family option. do it through the secured trade and goods option that way you are under buyer and seller protection through PayPal. Also, wait for account information before you proceed to send money. Make sure they change your email they disconnect their Google and Facebook and they allow you to log in and change the password and phone number listed on the account. It is unfortunate that I've been scammed by these con artists but if I can help anyone else avoid going through what I'm going through and a few other people posting as well then I'll feel better. I haven't received any account information nor any response from them. Be reluctant. I will post more details below. I did file a complaint through PayPal however, so I'll wait and see how the investigation proceeds. Also will be filing a fraud claim with my bank.

Portay themselves as "Cindy and Hubby"

 

She tried to scam me yesterday also, saying she prefers being the mm to "boost" her rating. I told her I only use axnkool, so she recommended doing 50/50, but when I said no again, she didn't want the account anymore

 

I really appreciate the assistance and concern. I was just very naive to the whole situation. But that's the world we live in. It's my fault for not being better prepared and more aware. I updated the link if you would like to read the conversation. I will definitely post in the active disputes

Sorry but you should have use a MM in ONE trade instead of trusting people like that. It's the same everywhere even good people can scam you, so be carefull next time and good luck with your claim.

Btw the buyer's protection from paypal excludes virtual goods so I don't know if it's really usefull.
