Please delete the feedback. I refunded the buyer for the purchase. I refunded them using PayPal's “Goods and Services” option. The buyer refunded me and asked me to send the money via PayPal's “Friends and Family” option. I did so, and a $4 fee was charged. Since the buyer specifically requested the “Friends and Family” option, they should cover the PayPal fee.
When he wasn't satisfied with the $33 payment under “Goods and Services,” he switched to “Friends and Family,” and a $2 fee was charged. Then I sent him $34 via “Friends and Family,” and another $2 fee was charged.

The buyer specifically requested “Friends and Family,” so the fee was his responsibility. The first time, I sent him $34.

If necessary, I can still refund him the $4. Please delete the feedback

Hi, I have recieved the money back. However my feedback is my overall experience getting service from this seller. I paid for a service that was not taken care of for 3 days despite the confirmation from him that it will be taken care of. Refund should be the minimium that should be offered for a service that wasn't done. My feedback reflects my experience and was not exagerated in any way or form. I should not be told to remove a feedback that one will help guide other buyers to make sure their account is taken care of before leaving anything in his hands for a whole month. I hope this feedback is a learning lesson for him. Thank you :)

Here is the conversation. Asking to see if the server is correct should have been on the first day. Asking on the 3rd day basically show a lack of care for the paid service since u didnt start or even bother checking.
 
  • Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
  • If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
    • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
    • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.
 
I didn't receive payment for the order, so I refunded the buyer in full. Can you please remove the feedback?
