Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Used pm to get on skype , traded on it , he let me log into it to check the account , then i paid, and he went offline on skype.
Other details / notes: The psw was for the steam acc where i charged on.

Since troppy hasn't posted his skype in any of his threads I made a quick IP check up and I can confirm the skype account andregarcia17 leads to troppy.
