The other day I wanted to buy this undead rogue scarab lord and Tf. The guy sale 2350, I requested the sale be done through a middleman and he stated he doesn’t rust middleman. I felt it was odd and I wanted to test me suspicion. He requested a payment through Skrill or bank to bank transfer, I told him no. I pay him either PayPal or through middleman. He said PayPal but he wanted family and friends. I told him to send a request and he did. I paid 2360 euros and he asked me if I can dispute the transaction to see if it is disputable. I was kind of concerned but alright I played along. I disputed and by his request I cancelled it. Not knowing that once u cancelled the dispute u can not dispute it a second time under the same category. For the next 3 hours he string me along. Making an argument that I was able to file dispute so he doesn’t give me the account information. I wasn’t until I got feed up and call PayPal. I requested special actions and PayPal open a dispute for fraud. I also called up my bank account that I wired to send the money through PayPal and to flag all transaction from PayPal. So u guys know PayPal don’t cover these kind of transactions no more. The other day I got a denied on my dispute and it was rewarded in the scammers favor. Today I got additional email from PayPal stating that the transaction was unauthorized so Skanko no money for u. I checked my bank no money left it. And I removed all my money from there and closed that account down. I just want everyone to know this guy is a scammer. Also if u looked at his feedback it is from a span of 3-4 days. Makes me think of those people that he got those feedback from are his ghost account through different VPN.

Normally PayPal states: "Once the case has been closed, you cannot open another case for the same reason. I also don't understand why you open a case twice and then close it again? That doesn't make any sense because you just wanted to cheat!
In your second case you also have no article name so that PayPal does not know what it is about although in the first case all data were completely available. This has also confirmed PayPal in the email because you have used a VPN. So don't lie.

They were just lucky paypal sided with them. While the matter is settled with the victim we still need to settle this one with you and you will need to explain why you never posted account info after getting the funds.

You called them liars while they showed proof that the liar was you. Discord chats do not disappear even if you're blocked. You can remove the messages inside the discord chat, but then it would backfire on you since you said you sent the info and now if you show chat where there is no info inside it it would mean that you either deleted messages or they were never sent in the first place.

In the proof the victim sent us we can clearly see how you acted stupid immediately after you got the payment. All of a sudden your internet started working badly and such. I will not even mention what you said about official middleman system, lets leave this aside.

As stated multiple times above, we will be accepting video proof ONLY from you where you can see the discord chat and the part where you sent the info to the buyer must be shown clearly. If you do not provide that proof you will be banned from the forum. That is final decision and it will not be changed.

What you have done so far:

1. Avoided middleman and called them a stranger. While any middleman here on the forum has at least 10 times more feedback that you generated from buying 0.5$ warmane coins.
2. Didn't send the account info even when the person sent you the money
3. Tried requesting more money from the victim
4. Refused to provide proof that you sent the account info
5. Lied about being blocked and not having discord chat history.

It seems like you don’t want to understand the situation. How could I send you an picture about our chat if it doesn’t exist anymore?
I mean I could send you a video or a screenshot that he doesn’t exist anymore but you won’t accept it! Also if I offer you to send an screenshot about the refund of PayPal you don’t accept it too.

In the end you have to decide for yourself but when decisions are made like that then nothing surprises me anymore.

I am not involved to this dispute but there are many other people who can be catfished by this person's WTS topic. Since it is very common that people are trying to get whatever they can before they are getting banned/suspended. I would suggest moderators to delete his WTS topic since this account is still being offered to many people from private for dirt-cheap price.
