Explanation:
At first he wanted to purchase x2 level 50 battle pass,
than he changed his mind that he wants to buy x5 level 1 ones.
Everything seemed a bit sketchy to me so I suggested using a MM,
he convinced me it's safer to trade 1 by 1 and I thought why not to
trust him he has 2 trades and 100% trade feedback so I went first.
After I gifted him battle pass he kept saying he never got it and went offline.
An hour ago after a game I found out that he claimed battle pass I sent him,
He never sent me the money and he kept avoiding me.

Well I guess that's not enough for him though. He keeps playing with Battle Pass I purchased him, but I still haven't received any money.
And I don't think I ever will, because he keeps avoiding me.

I will return the item (Battle Pass) once it's trade-able and gift-able again, so June 6. For some reason, a guy disputed his payment to me on PayPal and I got negative balance so I can't pay the seller. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I was busy irl.

It is not possible to trade the item back, because you have already claimed it. Already claimed and used items for 2 days or more are not refundable or able to trade if they are used. Which you can check on Steam's site so you will have to send me money or gift me another battle pass it's your choice.

Hopefully it is going to be soon. It's pointless waiting until 6th June because he have already claimed it.
I would like to get full refund or another battle pass which I can sell right away.
Also I'd like it to be delivered as soon as possible, I have fulfilled my part of the deal but yet haven't received anything.
I have never agreed on waiting this long, even though I am a very understandable guy, this guy is not even putting any effort in it,
and he even claimed that I never delivered an item and tried to trick me to send him screenshot of my paypal which is not acceptable.
