Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: so he wanted to have a middleman so i agreed, then he told me give me 20% of 100 upfront so i did give it to him since he gave me a proof that he has the card unscratched with his name and date so i was like nice this guy is legit. but then he gave the MMa pic of the code which he did unscratch afterwards he covered it. Made me pay another 30 for him to send "fake code" to MM . he said he will refund but never did and left our conversations on skype with the mm.

Ok, Im here. Like I told the Buyer I had school for 8 hours. Gave him the code in my lunch break but apparently there was a problem since the code has been "redeemed". I had proof that I own the code, I scratched it, and all the rest a few minutes before our transaction I scratched it. Sended the screen immedialty to the middleman, but no response instantly. I asked the buyer where he was. No response, after that I asked the buyer if he wants the code directly and after a few minutes the code was "redeemed" said the middleman or not valid. I checked the date since it could be expired, but that couldnt be. I submitted a ticket to the daybreak company who ownes the game. And I was waiting for a response since the middleman said it didnt work. He accused me for scamming instantly and he became mad when we were doing the payment, even before it since he didnt read/respond to my messages on skype. He couldnt talk properly english or couldnt understand me, not sure about that. I messaged the buyer before the transaction that the middleman wasnt that clear and friendly. I have proof of that ofcourse. I left the groupchat on skype and I was waiting for this so I can provide the truth. Still waiting on a response and I hope I can get the time of redeeming/ip/account that was redeemed on. Not sure if I will get the info.

The screens are correctly above, I left the skype convo since he was accusing me for no reason. I was even that kind to refund his money once I received a mail back from Daybreak but after that this dispute was opened. I wont give it back if it was redeemed by the middleman or buyer. Proof asap normally.

Proof that code has been redeemed. Im not sure by who but it was on the time the middleman was checking if the code was valid. I can show that in my skype conversation. Could a mod check everything? If not I can always refund but I lost my code worth $100 and the buyer lost $50 and we both have nothing left.

Just found out in a converstation with legershua that the mm asked how much money he had on his paypal. That he went afk for several minutes after I send him the code. And that he shouldnt open a scam dispute on epicnpc against me for some reason. Im not sure but I think that this is weird.

the 1st time the seller send me the code which is covered part of it
the 2nd time he sent the the full code, when i check the code, it is invalid and he say he want to contact with the support, then after he promised a refund to buyer and he disappeared after that, it is so obvious this seller tried to make stories and bait the buyer pay bit by bit ( been telling buyer not to pay him any penny before i checked the code but buyer decided to take the risk )

Me and the buyer we made a deal that I would scratch a part of the code after the first payment and that we would split it in 2 if it was a middleman wich I have no experience with. So that was the deal. I send the middleman the code with a part covered and he asked me why is it covered. I told him look our skype conversation. The middleman obviously cant talk properly english or he doesnt read the chat of the transaction otherwise he would know. So I send him the screen of the deal we made in the skype chat. And I asked him: did you see the screen? he replied on that "what screen ,i am waiting the code ,you understand what i telling ?" . Then I send him the full code and he went afk for a few minutes, after that he replied in the skype chat it was ok. So The buyer would give me the other payment. Then he suddenly said code doesnt work. I said thats not possible, and he replied that it was redeemed or expired. I told him that I would mail daybreak and I got a response from them that it was redeemed w/ the hour of redeem and an IP. It matches the time he went "afk" for a few minutes, me and the buyer did an "IP" lookup and apparently it was the same country as hes in on Epicnpc. I can provide evidence of my full story and the buyer could also confirm it, otherwise I still have the full proof above. I left the skype convo since the middleman doesnt listen to me. He just replies with "i am waiting the code" , "you understand what i telling ?" or "man". I instant contacted the buyer again after I was home and I told him the story. I also said in the skype convo that I would contact daybreak and would wait for their response. It doesnt mean that I have no negative or positive feedback that you can abuse your rights SPACEBOYS. I asked for evidence and I got it. I have proof of everything im telling.

then after few days come out with stories like this code redeemed on such specific ip
referring the image, he didnt even tell which is the code, how the support know what code is redeemed.
i think best way is admin ask him making a video or let you login the account that he made the support ticket
i been advising buyer not to pay him any penny but buyer wanted to because he say is very cheap and get baited 50$ for nothing

It shows that you are scarred now that a Admin is reacting. 1. U said to the buyer that making a ticket is useless. 2. U didnt respond untill I came with some good proof and 3. Now that I have proof and they are asking for it u randomly reacts to an Admins message to me.

I left because I told the buyer that I dont know the middleman thats the first reason. The second one is because I was in class and you randomly said that it was "ok" then u went afk or someting and then again a few minutes later u said it was invalid. My code was gone and I got 50$ scammed also the buyer lost the 50$. There was no point arguing with you if you used it. Before I left I told you I was going to contact the support and if it was expired or claimed by someone I would refund him except if the middleman or buyer used it.

I will make a video once im home. Could you finish this case after that? There should be already enough evidence. "I got scammed together with the buyer" , the middleman is trying to get his way out of this even though I have proof. Couldnt you just check the evidence that there is now? The MM saying that he doesnt need to make a ticket is already obvious, then the code was claimed apparently when he was afk. I made a ticket for it and that also points out that he is guilty I did an ip lookup since the buyer said it would help and it would be from Maleysia. Same country as his skype and Epicnpc.

The reason that im not giving my account info is because this is the second time I got scammed on this forum unfortunatly. This time 50$ and previous time $35 dollars while nothing has been refunded what I completely understand. But you cant base this case on not giving away my account info. I think if the admin/mod was in the same situation you wouldnt give away your account neither after the second time.

[HIDE=10000000]Yes, his Middlemanning practices has been causing a lot of people distress. In the latest ruling by Mike, he said that if anything was to happen again, due to Spaceboys' negligence, he would ban him from middlemanning on these forums for good. So if this turns out to be due to spaceboys negligence or straight up his fault, I feel Mike will do something about that. He had 2 consecutive (maybe 1-2 months ago) disputes raised where he was MM'n and was found to be at fault (through not knowing how to MM the trade correctly)

This could also be why he asked the guy not to raise a dispute. As he himself knows he is in 'hot water'.

1 was in regards to a Youtube account, the other was CoC? Or something like that, where the account was 'zeroed' - I don't understand that term, but I do remember it used. The guy with the YT account lost thousands I believe, and was very upset with the ruling given. I really felt for both guys in these disputes, as they lost quite a lot.

Spaceboys says code is invalid
Sevvelation leaves chat without refunding

Sevvelation claims code was never used and opens support ticket with Daybreak.
Support replies to confirm code was used at the time the MM service was being used.

IP address matches to Spaceboys. We will take that as confirmation of scam.

Spaceboys you have lose your Verified badge, the other perks remain.
You are also banned from offering MM services here. Your MM sig and threads have been removed.

Spaceboys you must remove the words Middleman from all active threads. You are also not allowed to use the words "Trusted" in your title. Only members with the "Trusted" badge can use that.

This is the full and complete story. If the code wasnt used by spaceboys I would have refunded it. Thats why I responded here and I left the chat because he accused me for scamming etc while I gave him the code.

Spaceboys is trying to add me on skype with fake accounts and asking me if im still selling it. Hes trying to offer me higher then I sold it. While I told a lot of customers that it has been scammed on the forum. If they were interested. Hes also telling me that im sick in my head and hes trying to roast me. A few hours later he removed his chat history on skype but I managed to take a screenshot of it. Hes trying to add me with a fake account and when I told him that he is spaceboys he instantly goes offline.

The weird thing is that the guys who added me talk the same english as you do. And you respond instantly after my message on this forum and on skype. I showed proof in a lot of ways. Stop adding me on skype and stop stalking me there or insulting me. It shows that you are guilty. Now u suddenly dont understand me? Weird.. You can insult me, stalk me etc.. I think you understand what I am saying. If you are a fair seller/middleman you wouldnt insult your clients.

You went afk during the transaction, even the buyer can confirm that. The time matches, The ip apparently matches to. I got the ip lookup from the buyer. And it was after it leads to your ip. So your excuse is invalid. After they said you were guilty you were contacting me with fake account on skype. And insulting me with your middleman account. After that you deleted the messages. All weird, and now you are trying to open a ticket again. You are an agressive lier. Thats why you were insulting me and telling that me and the buyer are sick in our heads. You cant talk proper english even all your fake accounts cant.

the ticket # number already show your support ticket is fake one
go download team-viewer let admin scroll around your daybreak account and prove those image and video is not fake one
after so many argument, it clearly show you will never let admin check the support account even in team-viewer

no one will team viewer you. do not accept anyone on skype claiming to be a moderator that wants to teamviewer you or have you download a file.

Use a screen recorder and record the tickets.

ok Doomedtofail. Hes adding me with fake accounts but ill block them. All the proof that is needeed is in this scam dispute. I gave every piece I have. And they took a decision that he is guilty. Now he is trying to make fake proof that is not guilty hes adding me with fake profiles and he is insulting me. Im not sure but you cant call that trusted. Or middleman worthy

doomedtofail im not giving my account info since of the overall trust, I gave all the proof you asked for. I have over 60 games on the steam account linked and my daybreak account is worth over 100+ euros since it has exclusive things. From Z1 thats h1z1 from the beginning worth a lot now. If I was not even once scammed I would have trusted it but ill rather face a punishment then giving away my main account with a high value. They said he was guilty since i proof everything on video/screenshots and now it changes? Hes even insulting me on skype making fake accounts forcing me for certain things.
 
We do not want your account. If you will not provide it you are lying. Simple as that.
