im getting forced to give my account info otherwise im lying? Even though I showed proof and he insulted me and the buyer?

Yes thats how it works. The tickets and replies and numbers on tickets do not add up. this is very simple and is done all the time.
No one in staff wants your account. Stuff does not add up and needs to actually be seen and it will end the back and forth.
If you are declining this its as simple as you have something to hide.

After all the proof and evidence that he is guilty. Im forced to give my account info or I am a lier. Im not giving my account info. Then you can plead me guilty. My account is higher value then the 50$ i still should receive. Im not a lier but you can callme that because im not giving my main account info.
 
I am calling you a liar because the authenticity is in question. And you are refusing to provide real proof it is. You are also making claims that you cannot prove. No one wants your stupid account and we all deal in accounts actually worth high value and have no reason to take your account.

im not hiding anything because im not giving my account info. I have to trust my info here while if someting happend the forum
is not even refunding anything. The ticket was made 2 weeks ago so the numbers does match.
 
Info on a Steam account cannot be changed without having access to the email or phone linked to it.
And by setting family view, you can protect the profile and items from modifications too.
On daybreak, you don't have to give the secret answer when providing the account.

So no damage can be done, if that's your concern.

This also happens when he opens the ticket list.
The cursor "teleported" in a single frame, indicating that the video was cut at those points.

Also, the English in the ticket has spelling mistakes, is informal and the format does not seem right. Not something I would expect from a support representative.

"has not been expired but redeemed" - (improper usage of expired, in this case you would say "expired" without "was" or "have/had expired, without "been", but in both the question ["it couldn't be expired"] and answer ["has been expired"], the same mistake was made.)
"adress" - wrong spelling
"this type of actions happen" - incorrect wording
"October 6, 2017 13:03" and "adress logged in while redeeming" - Seems a bit informal and not how I'd expect it to be said.

Its an H1z1 account. So its a daybreak login wich can be changed easily. Make an account and check the security. Im willing to show you in a different way except for giving my account info

Im not sure why all of this changed since I have HARD evidence. Maybe Spaceboys paid someone or faked anything but if there is no other solution then accepting the evidence and believing everything I showed I cant do much more. Then I suppose you have to give me the punishment for being a lier although im not. There is justice and thats what im showing with the evidence. If that cant be followed then I dont want to be part of this since it might happen again in the future. I have been honnest and im not planning on paying for mistakes I didnt commit.

The video to me is not valid proof its very easy to edit. Spaceboys has a valid point that it does not match a normal response from daybreak.
 
I apologize, seems I made a mistake yesterday when reviewing the evidence. Thank you to everyone that messaged me and who replied here.

The video/image are confirmed fake.

You can see the ticket numbers are wrong in the video.

The video wasn't very high-res, but you can still see in the URL the number was 7, but in the ticket it was 9.

There's also other problems.

1) Sevvelation, you never told Daybreak support the code. If it was used on another account, it would be impossible for Daybreak to tell you if it was used or not, because they don't know the code number.


2) The code is worth $750 and you sold it for $100. This is a HUGE red flag and no one would ever do that.

Sevvelation, please issue a $50 refund to legershua within 24 hrs or you will be banned.



Spaceboys, your verified upgrade have been fully restored, but you are not longer allowed to offer MM services, so you threads will not be restored. This is the 3rd time someone was scammed while you MMed and you were warned last time.

You told the buyer to send payment first, where is the protection? He was scammed and lost $50. Your MM service offered no protection, so you are no longer allowed to offer your MM services here.

Admin, buyer was told by me not to pay any penny to him from the start of the deal until i receive the full code but he told me he wanted to risk it
because the real code worth more than 100$ ( it cost around 700-800 ) i been giving my best protection to my buyer

buyer decided to risk his 1st 20$
and i told him not to send it but he sent it
then seller refuse to give the full code and buyer say he wanted to risk another 30$
i been giving the best advice but it turned out buyer wanted to risk it, it is not in my control
