Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
I saw that he was commenting in a lot of steam account threads so I contacted him via PM asking him if he was interested so we started discussing on Skype. He wanted me to go first since he had positive feedback here and on another website that he could show me, according to him. Gave him the account, asked me my PayPal email and said that he made the payment but it would have taken 5-7 business days to get the money in my account since his PayPal account is linked to his bank, also asked me to gave him feedback since the rules state that one must do so when the deal is over.
I trusted him (sorry for the random bold but I don't know what's causing it) because he told me to contact him on Skype if there were any troubles with the payment and such, but a few hours later I checked my PayPal account and my email and nothing was in my transactions nor my email (you get a new transaction with "uncleared" status and an email even if the payment must be verified), told him that I didn't have anything and he asked me to make a complaint here on EpicNPC where he would have talked to a mod, later when I accused him of scamming me and asked if I could have the account back he removed me from Skype.
Other details / notes: I locked the account, so I managed to get it back

I'm trying to take back the account now, just want to let the others know that he is a scammer since he apparently doesn't give a **** about people accusing him, he still uses the same account to make offers here.
