Other information:
I was buying a BDO account for 70 USD. I paid, he claimed to have "changed password on gmail and bdo acc" to give me the account. Said it "didn't work", day later, promised to resolve it. Came back, no fix. Same issue. Couldn't log in. I asked to either refund me the money cause he scammed me and he refused. (big red flag is he wouldn't allow me to pay for the paypal protection cause he said i'd scam him, so it had to be family). Now, I couldn't log in on his e-mail or in game account. But here's the thing.

(he said he has no authenticator available, this is "the" email i was supposed to have from the account. Trying to log in CLEARLY shows there's an authenticator and he said there is none and i should be able to log in.. ofc i cant with auth on.)

What is the dispute about?
I was buying the account, didn't receive email (only "fake" passwords") same for BDO. Claims I "took" the account and he cant log in anymore (yet he has phone number attached plus authenticator and i never logged in to the account, weird.)

Other details / notes:
I got scammed by this guy. he had 7 reps, big deals before. thought ok no biggie, i'll trust. big mistake. Guy's an *******. Got scammed, refused to help, acted like it was no big deal, 2 days later, stops responding, gives no shits, claims i took account when i never gained access (which is obvious given the screenshots! auth + recovery on mobile)

I did deal with another guy today, he gave me his account , worked flawlessly, logged in, logged back out. This guy with previo, doesnt work for ****. obvious scam.

How do you expect me to manage to change your account information when theres a phone number connected and a alternate email connected to it? You want me to magically hack the account? Stop pretending to be stupid. Our whole conversation is me sending you errors trying to log in. I never once got access into the email. Don't act like a moron. You clearly scammed me. You have absolutely zero proof that the account is in my hands. Absolutely zero. I can prove anything and to anyone I never once logged in or got access. You "resetted" it but it never worked. The authenticator "you said was never there" was always there. The "recovery" email you insisted didnt exist did, the "phone number" you had removed was never removed. I couldn't log in. Yet, I talked to another guy of another account today and I immediately got in just fine. You gave me the wrong information and you came up with the old standard "He took my account and now I have nothing" when you didn't lose ****. You are a horrible human being.

EDIT: actually said you are trying to pull the "never deal with 0 reps" card. This site is overly obsessed with reputation. This is not the first time someone above 0 rep scams someone, and you clearly have. I'm willing to do anything any admin asks of me to show you scammed me. Because you did. I don't have the account, all I have is -70$ on my bank account cause an idiot like you had to waste my time & money.

Why in the **** would I be going through all this, even contacted PayPal and will contact my bank if he doesn't himself willingly issue a refund if I have the account? During our discord conversation not once did I manage to log in. The entire conversation is me desperately asking for help & recovering. Me trusting him to fix it when he said he will, never happened. Ok, to debunk this. I never logged in, my whole chat conversation covers this. Not once did you say it isn't your account. A) you lied about authenticator. B ) You lied about phone being connected. C) You blocked me on discord without helping me to resolve the issue. Now all of a sudden, you are not "original owner". You are shady as **** and everything proves it. If you don't need to scam "anyone for 70 bucks" then refund me the money. I don't have access to the money. I have all the information if @Angel wants it. I can prove anything anytime. As I said once again, how do you expect me to log in to the account when there's an authenticator and phone recovery on? First off, for me to GET ACCESS you NEED to VERIFY THE LOG IN ON YOUR PHONE. I NEVER had the correct PASSWORD to the email because it DIDN'T EVEN COME UP with a box that the phone has been notified. You are a lying piece of ****. Even if I had changed the BDO information, you can recover it in 5 seconds with the email you have. (I never managed to log in to either email or bdo account, because I got the wrong information since the start), then you refuse to help & block me. If anyone actually thinks you didn't scam me here they need help. You scammed me for 70$, block, refuse to refund. but yet... "why would i need to scam for 70$",, so refund me the money then.

No I never add 2 step verifcation.

And somehow it was there after I sent him the resetted password.

As I said I wont refund the money unless he will give me back my account. He added the 2 step verification and changed everything, suddendly he was saying that he cant login and once I checked it I couldn´t login anymore.

I changed the email like always, i just change pw and delete the recovery on it. So why I have to use 2 step verification or something weird like that? I dont have to right?

And yes im saying that I dont use any recovery options on emails. Only security answer, which I delete once I´ve found a buyer. I made that before he even sent the money. So its basically all set and done for him.
