What is the dispute about? added the seller on discord, he told me he had partnered accounts for sale then he told me to pay him using PayPal, so I did, after that, he went offline, next day he said he will deliver the account when he gets back from his work then after he assumingly got back from work and after I messaged him, he said he doesn't have any accounts left and that he can't deliver ( he said he had accounts in stock less than 24h before that), he said he can deliver me the account at this moment if I pay him extra 50$ (trying to get more money from me)
because he will buy it from another source, I told him to deliver the account first then I will pay the extra, he went offline as usual.
Other details / notes: the seller will usually tell you he's trusted since he "owns" a discord server that he run services by it, discord server link: https://[Social group links not allowed]/c3SC4fn

He edited out his PayPal email after he got the payment from the chat's screenshots, here's the screenshot where you can see (edited) which means he edited that line, which previously had his Paypal email that matches the payment screenshot

Got the scammer to try and scam a different person to get him to send me the paypal email again, here's the screenshot with paypal email that matches the screenshots above:
