What is the dispute about?
Gentlemen here was selling 2x Glacier Codes for Rainbow Six Siege at $55 a piece. Sent him a message on discord to ask if they were still available, he said yes and gave me a deal because he had completed SOME of the boosting services (but not all) I had originally compensated for. Sent him the bitcoin voucher he asked for, he said the payment had to be verified and that he had to step out and he would send me the code in 30 minutes. A week later and I have had no response from him. Since having had some good luck with him, I thought I would trust him but this clearly isn't the case. He has yet to message me or offer a refund on anything.
Other details / notes:
Had previously used middle man to complete boosting service. Offered cheaper service without him and completed some but not all. Saw his sale on glacier skin codes I really wanted and he took advantage of the trust I had built. Never heard from him again and has yet to say anything at all.
