What is the dispute about?

Summary: I just bought a twitter account from him and he took it back by using Twitter loophole.

- The original price in the selling thread is $150, for 20K twitter account (@hannahowo_)
- We discussed on Telegram, he says now the account is 50K and wanted to get $300, I agreed.
- We proceeded to use trade guardian for the transaction, with @Delac being the middleman.
- The payment was done through Bitcoin transaction. I wanted to use Paypal, but the seller says his country can't accept money with paypal, and I agreed to use bitcoin. (It's my first time using epicnpc and trade guardian, I thought it was safe).
- I received the account credentials from the middleman, and was able to log in.
- I changed the username and email associated with the account, thinking it is safe & can't be taken back by the seller.
- The day after the transaction, I tried to log in, and couldn't.
- I asked the seller if he took the account back (on telegram), he said yes. He also said in order for me to not get twitter account taken back, I should've set up 2 factor auth (which I didn't). It seems Twitter allows original owner to take back control of an account through original email or something.
- When I confronted him and asked him to return me the account, he said he needed the money ($300) and wouldn't want to return the account. He also says I'm a "bad person" for trying to get the account back (yes it's real)
- He now blocked me on telegram after I told him I'll report his account.
