What is the dispute about? I am only posting a dispute on this because even though paypal resolved my issue, I noticed the seller logged back in on September 23, 2021 and it concerned me since the last time he was logged in was the day of the sell. I figured after all this time he would have stayed away forever after scamming me. I'm hoping to avoid someone else being scammed by him. On January 25, 2021, I purchased a Final Fantasy XIV NA Legacy account from JuRa323 and hours later I was locked out of the account and could not get signed back in. Early the next day is when I messaged the seller informing him of the matter. He ignored my messages to him from epicnpc, discord and email, and still to this day shows he never opened the message while being logged into epicnpc. He originally contacted me from another alternative name on here called Beepx and epicnpc disabled that account either because he was trying to use an VPN or they don't allow duplicate accounts. The Seller stated he was the original owner and later admitted to lying about that in the paypal dispute with him. I was able to win my dispute and get my money back completely. I also lost a lot of items I had placed onto the account that same day which I never got back unfortunately. I do not believe this person should be a part of the EpicNPC Community.

The seller contacted me from an alternative name Beepx and when I spoke to him about it on discord he acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about and never admitted that was him.

I made all screenshots visible to staff only and hopefully the seller himself can view them if he chooses to respond. I should have created this thread earlier but I felt since Paypal refunded me back my money there was need to make a dispute. However I do want to keep others safe so it's up to you all Admins if you want to ban the seller or not. I just want others to be aware if he does remain on the site.


Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Yes the seller stated he was the original owner but later admitted he was not during the paypal dispute.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) The Seller provided the username, password, email address and security question answer and a fake mailing address. The seller provided the name of the original owner which I later found out was not him. The real seller's name is on the paypal invoice.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? A couple of hours the same day of the sell.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
