Scammed by JamableYT

I was scammed $20 by JamableYT

So we did the I send half then he give me the pass
he did as he said and sent me the password and I sent him the other half
shortly after I sent the other half he changed the password after he changed the password he started playing dumb and acting like i changed the pass word

Pretty much he wanted to buy my YouTube account. I allowed him to do so and the offer went smoothly. A day later he refunded the money so I changed the account details using the recovery code.
