What is the dispute about? account, money, service?
Money and service. On March 12th, i purchased an Elo Boost from them for the game League of Legends (plat 2 - d5). I was told that the account would be boosted in a matter of days.
Their booster went on to DROP me a division, and left me at plat 3 20ish lp before i changed my password to lock the booster out. Naturally, I complained to GetYourBoost (who at the time was the person I communicated with via Skype). He assured me that he would get another booster to actually boost my account. I waited for a few days until GetYourBoost notified me that he had contracted a different booster....but that the booster may have scammed him. A couple of days later and the booster never starts. Apparently he got scammed.
After a week of my account having 0 activity, he finally finds me a booster who will supposedly boost my account from P3 - D5. After two days, this booster gets me back to P2. However, for some unknown reason, the booster started to log on and only play 1 or 2 games a day on my account. He would win 1, lose 1. After several days of low activity and no progress (and tired from 2 weeks of waiting) i ask GetYourBoost what the problem is. He says the booster is mad at how bad the people in Plat are and that he gets frustrated. And just like that...he stops boosting.
Needless to say, i'm quite annoyed by now. I get referred to GetYourBoosts brother and business partner (skype name) CrystalBoosting to continue from here on out, because GetYourBoost has had enough. So my communications from here on out are mostly between me and CrystalBoosting.
He goes on to apologize for the situation, and tells me that he will find a 'good booster' to start soon. Days pass and nothing. I tell him straight up to give me a refund, he has the guts to say he will refund me $40 of the $80 I paid because he boosted me 1 division. From plat 3 to plat 2. HE'S CHARGING ME FOR THE DIVISION THAT HIS COMPANY DROPPED ME! In the end, he refuses to refund me and instead states that he will boost my account. I get a similar reply from GetYourBoost when I ask him for a refund as well.
After a few days and a few more false promises of a 'good booster' who will start on my account 'tomorrow', I tell him that if he does not refund me that I will take it up with the EpicNPC admins. He then tells me to give him just 1 more week, and agrees to give me a full refund if my account is not D5 by the end of the week. Reluctantly, I agree.
Well here we are; 6 days later and 0 activity on my account during the past week. CrystalBoosting went on vacation and neglected to tell me...so I had 0 contact during the week. GetYourBoost ignores most of my messages. I figured i would update the transaction thread with my situation; a potential warning to people looking to purchase a boost.
That sure as hell got his attention.
Yesterday (Friday, April 3rd) he writes me and basically accuses me of defamation/slander and causing damage to his company (feel free to check my post history, it was a simple update stating that after 3 weeks my boost is still in limbo. Nothing rude and certainly not slanderous.) He says that we will talk TODAY to sort everything out.
Well here we are. Today has come and almost passed. He was online breifly, and since then has been offline. GetYourBoost has not responded, even when I warned him that I would be posting here.
During this entire process, i've had my account accessed from at least 2 different people and have had to change my password 5 times (my guess is he would give my info to a booster, and when they couldn't agree on a price, would send it to another one).

EXTRA INFO: I just want to state that I have been nothing but nice and well-mannered with these people. Never have I insulted them or used any expletives in our conversations. I'm very disappointed at the whole situation, but I feel that it is wrong of them to make promises they don't keep and show no interest in my account or the service that I purchased. It is also extremely unprofessional of them to go minimal-contact for the past week as they have.
