What is the dispute about?
Payed $90 in Litecoin (LTC) for a 6,230 MMR Dota 2 Account. Says he didn't receive the payment. I waited two hours for him and he still said he didn't recieve it. Blockchain doesn't lie. He tells me to "send more" to another Binance address because he "didn't get" the first one.
