scammed by [email protected] stole my amazing account and alt

i was selling 2 accounts, one with 2 80s ulduar ready and a 70, few low alts also, and another account with a 66 warrior 63 hunter and some low levels, but once i gave him all info for my accounts my pc crashed, after i restarted it, i started a convo with him again, he said he not paying cos i logged of, deal is over, i went to log on, but he wow europe upion sign in said: username is binded to a blizzard account, on both accounts, i emailed blizzard with cd keys SQA and all, but its taken two weeks and still no reply from them, will i ever see either of my accounts again? =/
