Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I'm starting a youtube channel, but i want to make some money with that, so i need to have 1000 subs minimum. So I found this guy that had positive feedback and the price was right. So I started talking with him and we made a deal, but when I asked the paypal he demand that the payment must be send by "family and gifts" and I never do that so i send by "services and goods" and he refunded the payment and said "i ll send you a link and you pay me from that link, then" and i did (only because it was saying that i get buyer protection). He went to my Youtube channel and he said "Please upload a video so this can be faster" but i wasn't able to upload so he said "I will start in 30 min and in 8-16hours you will see a lot of subs" and after 8-16h I only have 5 subs (and they didn't come from him, they are my friends) and he doesn't respond in skype.
Other details / notes: After he "scammed" me he tried to sell me an account with 2.5k subs saying "can you order more from me? I need 11$!"
