Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I purchased a rank 14 UD male rogue from him and everything went smoothly, initially. I changed the email and password to the character and I only logged on to the character selection screen but never in the actual game. I later went to work and when I returned from work, I tried logging on and the account was banned. Not even 24 hours passed before the account was banned and I was deleted off of Bukkake's Skype (charcoalzzy) nor will he contact me on Skype. I also found out that he was not the OO of the account and he stated he was.

Other Details / Notes: I did not use a middleman since he had very good rep from reputable people on EpicNPC.

Bukkake stated he was the owner of the account and got it to Rank 14. He said it was a very safe account with a safe email. I've attempted to get a hold of the OO so maybe they could help me get the account back but no luck.

i sold this person as account as i have sold many accounts. I DID NOT SCAM anyone. The rogue account got banned. Theres absolutely nothing i can do about that. I have sold two accounts since that. No issues. Sometimes bad things happen when buying accounts on ANY WOW SERVER. I don't have time to deal with this. Sorry your account got banned but i had to buy it too to sell. again I'm sorry but theres nothing i can do
 
When I came back from work not even 24 hours later after we made the transaction the account was banned and I was deleted of your Skype. When I attempted to re-add you, so you could maybe help with the account, you never respond. You also kept stating over Skype that the account HAD to go by Friday.... The same day it gets banned. I do believe you had something to do with the ban or knew the account was going to be banned. Irregardless, you have not attempted to help me or offer a refund for the account I never even got to play or log into other than when we did the transaction and I logged in the character selection screen.

Frostie did you try contacting support to see why the account was banned? If you can do that and post their response that would be helpful.

Also please post detailed paypal transaction please.
 
When I inquired about the ban this is what the GM responded with.

"Greetings,

The account associated with Cataklysm on the PvP server, was banned for conducting a forbidden gold transaction.

Regards, GM Team."

If bukkake is willing to work with me, or you EpicNPC CM, and let me know of the gold transactions he conducted on the character, then the ban can be lifted and this mess can be over. Bukkake had the account for 3 - 4 days after he bought the account. Not too many gold transactions could of been done within that time period. I assume bukkake is aware of each one that he conducted. Weather it be on the rogue or shaman.

Bukkake, please help me with this. I wouldn't have started this if I had not felt I was treated poorly or wrong doing was done. I paid you a lot of money for this account.

EpicNPC CM, I will post the PayPal transaction sometime today. I cannot do it off my phone at the moment.

Bukkake, I assume from your silence that you're not willing to help and get the account unbanned... That's a shame but adds credibility to me.

That's strange. It had to be un-banned because I did log into the character selection screen which isn't possible if it was banned. Another reason that post is strange is it wasn't responded to by a GM. Nostalrius GM's respond to the post for the alleged reasons for the ban and if the ban is permanent or under review and then the results. The character is also on RealmPlayers as being logged into active after Dec 9th.

Raid stats even show it completed an Onyxia raid on the 10th of December and multiple raids after that.

This says the account was banned on the 9th. The raid is on the 10th, so we'll have to assume it was unbanned rather quickly.

March 8 - someone applies to a guild and is being considered.
March 8 - bukkake you listed the account for sale on March 8th (Ghlolyman is from Russia, the post at m3-gaming says he's from Canada, this means bukkake you are the only person who could have made this post)

bukkake I will assume you stole this account if you do not explain why you applied to a guild the same day you listed it for sale.

A warning has been added to your account and your upgrades removed. Full refund must be issued to Stayfrostie.


Ghlolyman has been notified and a warning added to his account also.

Both accounts will be banned if payment is not made within 48 hrs.

This account has been workable, as tested.
Yes, 9 December of this account has been banned, but for the error GM's team (then was big wawe bun's for the error), your account has been unban 10 December.

i'm from Russia, not Canadian.
What has been your account after the sale, after the of 7 March, for that, I like the original seller of the account can not take responsibility.

guys i bought this account from ghlolyman and resold it. Please tell me what crime i committed. theres nothing i can do if someone did something to the account before i bought it. Im sorry it got banned. I used Beardedman as a middleman everything was legit. I DID NOT STEAL anything so please don't say that or accuse me of anything. I haven't took a thing from anyone i didn't buy or earn. Your accusations are unfair. I want to know what crime i committed?

Also, if you decided to change your mind why did you reply to the guild thread the day after you posted your sale on our forum. (You made sale post on the 8th, You answered that guild forum on the 9th)

Ghlolyman did you spend anytime playing the account? Were there any transactions done before you sold the account?

i posted because i was still on the fence of selling. or playing. Yes i just fooled around and played some pvp but thats about it. and a couple of 5 man dungeons. but in the end i sold. I still don't get what i did wrong tho? can u tell me please? If i made a post on the 8th and replied guild on the 9th i mean why does it matter. the fact of the matter is i bought the account and resold it. I just don't get your accusations?

You are being asked about the guild because it strange. Most people selling their account aren't also actively trying to join a guild at the same time.

3 of you had the account within 3 days of each other. So it's not easy to determine who is at fault.

Bukkake please provide a list of everything you did on the account while you had it that involved trading with other players, sending things in mail or purchasing items in the auction house. StayFrostie will then submit this info to his ban appear thread and we'll see what nostalrius says.

i honestly just pvp'd man and shopped around a few guilds. I didn't buy any gold or anything while i was on it. Also I just played a few BG's and talked to a few guilds

For me I just played around on the account for a day or so. I was deciding to keep it or not and ultimately decided against it. I think the o lay gold I spent was to respec. Never purchased any currency an barely spoke to anyone online. I had a few whispers in Russian language which I don't understand. But it was nothing I could've did any made them lead to a ban. If u look back through my history you will see I've bought and sold many account me on nostalrius an feenix. This was not out of character for me. Please remove the ban pending from my account please.
 
I only logged onto the character selection screen for a few minutes to make sure the password and account name worked when Bukkake and I was doing the transaction. I never got to log the character in-game before it was banned.

It's obvious at some point the Russian bought gold maybe. I mean there's nothing I can do about that. But maybe he can help us get thr account unbanned

More than 300 gold I have not been in this game. It is not the amount for which you can gain money.

At the time of the sale of the account, I had about 60-65 gold. Why should I buy it if I'm selling this account.After receiving 14 of the wound, I had some time to visit the raids.
I just bought the necessary chemicals in the auction hous and more or anything.I myself want to help you to unlock your account.

Because bukkake has made an application in PayPal and my account blocked.
Answer GM's nostarlius, that except the chemistry in the auction, you did not make any transactions with any gold, let them check.

You should make a appeal on the website I mean if you didn't buy or sell gold then there's no way that they can ban the account. We need to give them more information. Or ask for a legit reason as to be ban for gold trafficking
 
Ghlolyman and bukkake, please send any info you have about auction transactions, in-game trades and gold transfers to StayFrostie.

StayFrostie will then submit this info to his ban appeal thread and we'll wait for a reply.

1:

If StayFrostie receives no info from Ghlolyman and bukkake within 48 hrs, we will split the lost 3 ways.

Ghlolyman and bukkake will each own $235 to StayFrostie.


2:

If StayFrostie receives info from Ghlolyman and bukkake, he will submit it to his ban appear thread. If Nostalrius denies the unban and provides no info on when the gold purchase happened, we will split the lose 3 ways as described above.

3:

If Nostalrius provides a date for when the gold purchase happened, whoever had the account at that time will be responsible for the full refund.

I have provided the information that I have spent only gold on the chemistry of the game for the raids.

I have said that would have asked for information about the time of gold fraud.

Also my account on paypal is locked, any operation can not be performed.

But I give 100% that Nostalrius not give any information.

Such bans unproven, very much.
 
Just made a post now, I'll see what they come back with. I asked for a date of the transaction that caused the ban but I doubt they will give it to me.
 
nostalrius has been shut down. They will not reply to the ban appeal now.

We will split the lost 3 says.

I don't plan on playing anymore after this hassle and due to Nostalrius shutting down anyway... So I would like to receive my money back or something. It be much appreciated.
 
A lot of servers claimed to be getting the account info.
