What is the dispute about? I sent Baarbosa the $600 payment for the warrior account. I was then told he was going to confirm. He then asked if I wanted him to transfer the email. I said he could go ahead and transfer to one I provided. We talked about NordVPN not having a site in Nevada and I was waiting for the email to confirm the account thinking I would receive the email and get the other account information from him in the messages. The account information never came. He deleted the pictures out of the thread and originally trie to delete the thread but then labeled it sold.
Other details / notes: Warrior was supposed to have thunderfury and aq40 gear. Also he gave me a hotmail paypal email and when reviewing the transaction it seems paypal changed it to a gmail address I'm sure through the contacts thing. He did not mention not receiving payment as that would make it an error on my end. He just stopped responding and has since not been back on EpicNPC and will not return my email or accept my request on discord. I opened a dispute on Paypal to try and get transaction atleast changed to goods and services and get a refund for non delivery but there is about 0% chance that it will be effective. Amazing how it seems people can go from good sellers/buyers to a scammer. I should have used MM lesson learned.

Facebook profile and profile pic of discord also match. This is the discord he has given out for previous successful transactions. This name also matches the paypal $ was sent to.
