Product was a Endgame Global Seven Deadly Sins Grand Cross Account. All went smoothly I got the account and logged in, just to discover the next morning all gems were spent and along with ressources, someone was in the account at the same time as me.
He wasted all gems on clothing and all coins to buy trash items. I couldn't notice he linked his account even tough he gave me the account first. I asked him if it was linked before I paid and he said "no".

What is the dispute about?
I wanted to buy, he kept telling me to wait (because I guess he was linking his account to a bunch of social media to recover it later). I finally managed to let him give me the account first, asked if it was linked he said "no" and I trusted him (here was my mistake") and he needed to change the code 3 times before it worked tough. Then all was in the account as said in thread, then I paid him.
I played in the account with joy then went to sleep... This morning I kept getting errors when trying to logging, like my connection failed or download new date because of new devices connection ( all will be given as proof). After struggling, I logged in and saw in horror all the gems were spent, and worse all spent on clothing and idk other useless things, and coins wasted on weapons and other trash stuffs that weren't there the day before.
Other details / notes: I talk french so some pics in game is in french, but I guess this is not an issue to solve the dispute. I started a chargeback too on paypal in case he do not want to refund. HE MAY have sold to me and another buyer so it might be another buyer the same account.
