Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:I paid for cosmic wings farm and mastery/dedicated on 04 august. After 3 weeks i told him to stop with the farm for cosmic and speed up and finish the mastery/dedicated service. After another week he's still farming cosmic and doing very slowly the mastery. After 20 days i just want a refund for the mastery achievments he didnt complete and 50% for the cosmic wings farm ( i know it can take 2 days or it can take 100 days, its completely rng , but i highly doubt he using a person and i think he used a bot, but im not 100% tho.) He replied now i cant ask for a refund (?). I can because HE OFFER A SERVICE HE CAN'T AFFORD TO DO. NOTICE: Im not asking for a full refund cause i know he spent time, im just asking the 50% for the cosmic service and the missing achievment for complete the Mastery wings service.
Other details / notes: He told me i was his first customer for this service, so i've decided to try, but when you ll take 20-30 days for a service other people do in 7-10 days, maybe you cant do it and if you cant do it, just dont sell it.

After you told me we should focus more on mastery/dedicated, we did. We didnt farmed those cosmic wings. only set dungeons for achievments for the wings.

Our Refund policy says : "

If the account gets banned during leveling, you will get a full refund on the price and compensation for any damage dealt."

I cant give you a refund..... its like you havnt read the general terms/conditions but anyways you accepted.

We dont offer that in our threads, but after u asked for it, i told my booster about that and he told me, we can do it but i might take some more days. BTW you cant, because you didnt checked terms/conditions.

Yes, you re other first wings customer. I was rly nice to you and gave you a ​

satisfying

price. Other booster, who do this in 7-10 days, take 300€+..... so, i dont rly understanding, why you re so mad. we can do it, but you re not​

Your refund policy does not state no refunds if canceling order. Plus our rules override them.
Customer wants to cancel order it is taking a long time, a refund is owed for uncompleted portion.

50 % of cosmic is 44,5 of a 99 eur total.
11 trial left for mastery that is 2,50 eur per trial
Total: 72 eur.

Just to inform: i paid 120 eur for dedicated/mastery for a total of 48 trials. 11 trials needed for complete so its 27,50 eur.

27,50 + 44,5 = 72 eur total to refund
