Reported problem: Saw that he now has a twc. I assume he has scammed someone and now me. He hasn’t replied and keeps giving false hope. I will dispute the transaction though since I have not received the account.
Outcome of dispute: The seller refused to issue the refund, instead started flaming the victim.
